Who We Are

Nicole Kelley, Broker/Manager of Amber Realty & Management, has been actively involved in the Real Estate industry for over 10 years, with the last 7 years in the greater Las Vegas area. Having managed over 5 million square feet of retail, office, and industrial buildings, she has a broad base of experience which enables her to provide excellent service to her clients.

Nicole started her career in residential Real Estate in Tampa, FL in 2002, and moved to the commercial side of the business in 2005. She has worked as a property manager for two commercial developers in Las Vegas as well as a third-party manager for Commerce TNP. At Commerce TNP, Nicole worked with multiple distressed assets and assisted with the transition from Receivership to REO.

In 2012, Nicole decided to utilize her experience to start her own company. Amber Realty & Management is a full service brokerage office encompassing both commercial and residential property management. Amber Realty & Management uses Yardi Services for all of our day to day accounting functions.
